The Dr. Tosha Meredith Foundation (DTMF) is family-owned and operated right here in Atlanta, GA. Since our foundation was established in 2012, we’ve treated every Spirit we encounter like they were a part of our family.
Dr. Parker-Meredith has served in several volunteer roles ranging from an accounting and mathematics tutor for local high schools and colleges to church coordinator for building solid families in the Atlanta area. 

She is the Founder and Senior Pastor at Kingdom International Ministries Virtual Church. Dr. Parker
-Meredith founded The Dr. Tosha Meredith Foundation in 2012 in which she does charity work and travels internationally doing mission work. 

Dr. Parker-Meredith is married to Mrs. Lu’Wana (Elle) Parker-Meredith and they have two daughters, Kharma Rene’ and Aje’ Denise.
Mrs. Lu’ Wana ‘Elle’ Parker-Meredith has served in several volunteer roles ranging from Executive Director over outreach, Girl Scout Co-Advisor & Leader, Founder of a girls book club called ‘Smartakins’ and Advocate. Her most recent work includes her unwavering effort as the Founder of Aje’s Angels, a non-profit, 501c3 organization that specializes in providing resources to families and children living with special needs in the differently abled community. 

Elle is also the Executive Director of Kingdom International Ministries Virtual Church (KIMVC) where she also serves as Evangelist. Her role as Evangelist, Mrs. Parker-Meredith coordinates outreach both nationally and internationally.
Ann Marie Ott has worked in private and government organizations serving elders and persons with disabilities for more than 40 years. She is a licensed social worker and works part-time as a consultant, specializing in health care quality and compliance. A recent retiree, Ann Marie primarily focuses her time and talents in serving the community and spending time with her six grandchildren. In addition to her affiliation with the Dr. Tosha Meredith Foundation, Ann Marie serves as a Board member and docent at a historical village museum and with the University Extension Master Gardener Volunteer program in southern Wisconsin.
After many years of service in various capacities in the financial and social service areas within Milwaukee County Mary retired from Milwaukee County Dept on Aging in 2010. Throughout her lifetime Mary has worked in many different fields including banking, sales, and cosmetology. Additionally, Mary has extensive studies in Christian education completed through the Southern Baptist Association.
